We strive to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, if you are not completely pleased with the things you received, let us know. We have a 14-days return and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Do remember, the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. Please review our return & refund policy below;

Return & Refund Policy:

BASE NATURAL will surely return or refund any product if it is found to be damaged, under the following conditions;

• Product must be in the original condition.
• Product must be unopened and unused.
• Product must be sent back within 14 days.
• The proof of purchase and its receipt is also needed to claim refund amount.

How do I return product?

Here are some of the ways by which you can return damaged or faulty product;

• Take clear images of products that are found damaged.
• Email us at info@basenatural.pk to request return with complete details.
• Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at our given address.

How do I refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded after selecting refund method with you.

Exchange Policy:

BASE NATURAL will surely exchange any product if it is found to be wrongly delivered instead of actual order, under the following conditions;

• Product must be in the original condition.
• Product must be unopened and unused.
• Product must be sent back within 14 days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

How do I exchange product?

Here are some of the ways by which you can exchange product;

• Email us at info@basenatural.pk to request exchange with complete details.
• State the complete details of products you ordered also give your order number.
• Give the details of order you have received.
• Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at our given address.

Non-Returnable Products:

Remember the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. BASE NATURAL will not accept return products, such as;

• If shipping box is open or damaged by the customer’s side.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Order Cancellation:

If you want to cancel your placed order, let us know within 24hours. Cancellation of orders depends on whether your order has been dispatched or not. For cancellation of order, Call us at our HELPLINE: +92 307 955 5679 or WhatsApp us at (+92) 340 786 9953 immediately, if your order has been already dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
